Egg Donor Costs

If you are considering egg donation, then you are probably curious about the costs incurred throughout the process.

The overall cost of egg donation is comprised of paying the egg donor, the egg donor agency, your fertility center, and other professionals, such as reproductive attorneys. While some egg donor costs are fixed, such as the egg donor psychological evaluation and administration fees, others are highly variable.

The Donor Solution offers different packages to meet the needs of our diversified clientele. Our team is here to help review the costs associated with egg donation and choose the package that is best for you.

Family Solutions Program

The Family Solutions Program is our most popular for a single donor cycle. Donor compensation for this program ranges from $5,500 to $10,000. Donor insurance, donor legal representation, and psychological evaluation are available.

The agency fee includes donor recruitment, pre-screening of the donor, fertility test with AMh background check, transcript check, donor management, travel coordination, and donor gift post retrieval. Optional services are available at an additional cost.

Agency Fees: $7,200

1st Installment: $3,000

To reserve a donor and begin medical screening at your fertility clinic.

2nd Installment: $4,200

Due after medical and legal clearance, at least 7 days before stimulation starts.

Services include:

Donor recruitment
Pre-screening of the donor with a third-party background check, transcript check, and profile information verification
Donor matching process with intended parents
Donor cycle coordination with the Intended Parent’s fertility clinic
Coordination of legal contracts
Travel coordination
Escrow coordination
Donor gift during the cycle
Updates to all parties throughout the cycle

Escrow Account Fees with SeedTrust® Initial Escrow Funding: $5,000

Due before medical screening at the fertility clinic.

Refundable fee to cover (at cost, as needed):

Escrow management fee ($475)
Donor legal fees ($400-$2,000)
Donor complication insurance ($400-$450)
Donor psychological testing ($450-$800)
Donor travel expenses (if applicable)
Donor local appointments/outside monitoring orders by the clinic

Donor Compensation: $6,000+ (Listed on Donor’s Profile)

Due after medical and legal clearance, at least 7 days before stim start.

Donor Travel bonus:

$500 In-State/$1,000 Out-of-State, if applicable

Due after medical and legal clearance, at least 7 days before stim start.

^{If the donor does not pass initial screening (medical/genetic/psychological), you may roll over the 1st installment to a new donor for no additional fees. If screening of the donor has been performed at the direction/orders of the clinic, you will be charged for that screening. 1st installment is not refundable under any circumstances. SeedTrust® is a third-party independent escrow company that we contract with. All Agency Fee installments must be paid via ACH, wire, or check.}

Our Family Connections Program offers special donors who reside in the same geographic location as the recipient's parents' IVF center. Donor insurance, donor legal representation, and psychological evaluation are available. Agency fee includes donor recruitment, pre-screening of the donor, fertility test with AMh background check, transcript check, donor management, travel coordination, and donor gift post retrieval.
