You’ve browsed our database, now you are ready to talk. The initial consultation is complementary, and this may be arranged in person at our offices or on the phone, or email.

During the initial consultation, you will be able to view expanded profiles on each donor as well as multiple photos of the donor from childhood to the present. We will discuss each donor’s characteristics, availability for a cycle, if she is eligible to travel, and her medical and psychological profile. I have met with each donor personally, and can answer questions about my personal impressions of each one.

Additionally, we will

• Talk about the medical process
• Discuss our fee schedule
• Talk about the coordination of your schedule with your donor’s
• Provide referrals to support groups and/or professionals

After your donor has been selected, The Donor Solution will notify your infertility clinic and physician and we will obtain specific medical orders. We will work closely with the donor coordinator of your designated infertility clinic. Your donor will be scheduled for the remainder of her exams, including her required FDA testing.

If you elect to have your donor’s cycle monitoring performed at The Donor Solution, we will work closely with your physician and donor coordinator to ensure that all results are transferred to your physician’s office in an expedient manner. We will also communicate with you about your donor’s daily progress, once we have spoken with your physician.

If you elect to have your donor monitored at your infertility clinic, we will still remain in almost daily contact to give you progress report and updates on your donor’s cycle.

After the completion of a cycle, your donor will return to our offices for a follow-up appointment and medical exam.
